Data Deletion Instructions

FreelancerOS’s Facebook Automation module stores Facebook Page data so it can read comments and publish replies and posts on Pages you connect. This page explains how to delete that data and disconnect the integration.

When you disconnect or request deletion, we can remove or anonymize:

• Stored Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page access tokens.
• Cached posts, comments, commenter public names and IDs, and reply queue records tied to your Page.
• AI-generated draft replies, published-reply logs, and Facebook Automation configuration for that Page.
• Webhook and comment-polling logs associated with your Page integration.

Deleting Facebook Automation data does not automatically delete your entire FreelancerOS workspace account unless you separately ask us to close your account.

Option 1 — Remove the app in Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Choose Security and login, then Business integrations or Apps and websites (labels may vary by account type).
3. Find the FreelancerOS / Facebook Automation app you connected and select Remove or Revoke access.
4. Confirm removal. This revokes our access token; we will stop collecting new Page data.

After removal, email us if you want stored copies on our servers deleted (see Option 2).

Option 2 — Email a deletion request

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Your Facebook Page name and/or Page ID, or the email address tied to your FreelancerOS account.
• A brief note that you want Facebook Automation / Page data deleted.

• We verify that you own or administer the Page or account in question.
• We delete or anonymize Facebook Automation records from our database and rotate or remove stored access tokens.
• We stop scheduled polling and webhook processing for that Page.
• We send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

If you only remove the app in Facebook without contacting us, we may retain historical logs for a short period until routine cleanup runs; email us for immediate deletion.

We aim to complete verified data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving all information needed to confirm your identity and the correct Page or account.

You will receive confirmation by email at the address you used to contact us.

We may keep limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes, or when data exists in encrypted backups that are deleted on a normal backup rotation cycle.

Any retained data is restricted to what is necessary and is not used for marketing.
