FreelancerOS is operated by Mohammad Hassan on behalf of EverFlow Solution (formerly Believe One IT), based in Bangladesh.

EverFlow Solution provides client–developer workspace software for freelancers and small teams. Contact: [email protected].

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• The FreelancerOS web application at bdapex.com and related authenticated workspace features.
• The Facebook Automation module (package mdarh/capturedbyhassan), which you enable to connect your own Facebook Page for automated posting and comment replies.
• Public guest pages on this site, including Support, Contact, Feed, and portfolio pages.

The Facebook Automation module only accesses Facebook data for Pages you authorize. It does not access your personal Facebook profile beyond what Meta provides for Page administration.

Account and workspace data

• Name, email address, username, password (stored hashed), profile details, and workspace content you create (clients, tasks, invoices, notes, and similar records).
• Messages you send through Contact or Support.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and troubleshooting.

Facebook Page data (via Meta Graph API)

When you connect the Facebook Automation module, we collect and store data Meta makes available for your authorized Page, including:

• Facebook Page ID and Page name.
• Posts on the Page and their metadata.
• Comments on Page posts, including comment text, comment ID, and the commenter’s public name and Facebook user ID.
• Page access tokens and related credentials needed to read comments and publish replies or scheduled posts on your behalf.
• Webhook and polling logs, reply queue status, and AI-generated draft replies before they are published.

• Provide, secure, and improve FreelancerOS workspace features.
• Operate the Facebook Automation module: monitor comments (webhooks and periodic polling), generate AI-written replies and captions, publish replies and scheduled posts to your Page, and keep an audit trail.
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.

We do not use Facebook comment data to build advertising profiles or to sell personal information.

• Meta Platforms — Facebook Login, Graph API, and webhooks for Page data and publishing. Subject to Meta’s terms and policies.
• Google Gemini AI — Generates captions and comment replies from Page content and comment text you authorize us to process. Prompts may include comment text and Page context.
• Hosting provider — FreelancerOS is hosted on infrastructure that stores application data and encrypted tokens.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service you configure.

Where applicable (for example, for users in jurisdictions that require a lawful basis), we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — providing the workspace and Facebook Automation features you enable.
• Legitimate interests — securing the service, preventing abuse, and improving reliability, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — where you connect a Facebook Page or enable AI features that process Page or comment content.
• Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.

We keep workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion or we must retain records for legal reasons.

Facebook Automation data (comments, tokens, reply logs) is retained while the integration is enabled and as needed for operations and troubleshooting. When you disconnect the app or request deletion, we delete or anonymize this data within the timelines described on our Data Deletion Instructions page, except where retention is required by law.

Data Deletion Instructions

• HTTPS encryption for data in transit.
• Access controls and role-based permissions inside FreelancerOS.
• Facebook Page access tokens stored encrypted at rest where supported by the application.
• Regular updates and monitoring to reduce security risk.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your Facebook account.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers listed under Third-party services, solely to operate features you use.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

FreelancerOS uses session cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (including theme), and protect against cross-site request forgery. Public pages may use essential cookies only.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent login.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

FreelancerOS is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data may be processed in Bangladesh and in countries where our hosting or AI providers operate. We take steps to protect data when it is transferred internationally, including using reputable providers and contractual safeguards where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of FreelancerOS after changes means you accept the updated policy.
